Interior design firms and designers
Defect management your team will actually use. With a grade you can show clients.
The defect list is where good projects go bad — and where the final payment stalls. This is the tool for that last stretch, and the record it produces is worth having.
Your first project is free. Priced per project — never per designer.
What you get
Three things your week is missing.
Not a CRM, not a project-management suite. The narrow bit nobody built: what happens between “the job is done” and “the job is signed off”.
A checklist the person fixing it can hold
Per-scope PDF checklists with the photos attached — carpentry on one sheet, painting on another. Print it and hand it to the carpenter, instead of forwarding forty WhatsApp images and hoping.
Every defect on a project, one view
What is outstanding, what you have acknowledged and what is still waiting on a proof photo — with every project you are on in one list behind it. Not a WhatsApp thread you have to scroll to answer the Monday-morning question.
A sign-off record that ends the argument
The homeowner signs off in the app. The record states the date and exactly which items were still open at that moment. Anything raised after that is a new list — and a chargeable one.
That third one is the reason firms stay. Six weeks after handover, “this was always like that” stops being a conversation and starts being a document with a date on it.
The grade
Yes, it’s public. That’s the point.
A grade nobody can see is worth nothing to the firm that earned it. Ours is public — and that is exactly why a good one is worth having.
One grade, for one thing: whether the defects on your projects get fixed. It is not a review score and there is no star rating. Nobody is asked how they felt.
It is computed from evidence you submit yourself — your proof photo, your acknowledgement, your dates. The only way to move it is to do the work.
Difficulty-adjusted
Bigger, older and harder projects are expected to have more defects. Your result on a project is what actually happened minus what was expected of it.
Best 8 of the last 20
Like a golf handicap. Two soured relationships in twenty vanish. A pattern does not.

Fairness
What stops it being unfair.
Every one of these is in the published formula, not in a policy we promise to apply.
You aren’t scored against a different job
Zero-defect projects don’t count
One bad relationship can’t sink you
You can respond, and you can see what you are scored against
Settled privately costs you nothing
Self-reporting is never punished twice
Pricing
Per project. Never per designer.
Banded by contract value, from S$20 to S$90 per project. Unlimited designers, unlimited photos, unlimited retention. Your first project is free.
Questions
The ones firms actually ask.
What if a homeowner logs something unfair?
Do you charge per designer?
When exactly are we charged?
What happens if we stop paying?
Can we pay to improve our grade or appear higher?
How is the grade calculated?
Who can see a homeowner’s address?
Do you sell our data?
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
How do we pay?
