Terms of use
This document is not published yet. Our terms of use are being prepared and reviewed before launch.
These terms will govern a public record about named businesses. Writing them convincingly and writing them correctly are different jobs, and only the second one is worth publishing.
What you agreed to, and when
Every account records which version of these terms it agreed to and the moment it did, so neither of us has to remember. The version in force is 2026-08-18. Your own acceptance is shown on your account page, alongside the button that deletes the account entirely — that is a button here and in the app, never an email you have to send.
What is already settled
Nothing in the finished terms will change how the grade is calculated or what money can buy. The formula is published in full, and what we refuse to sell is published next to what we charge for.
