On an iPhone, a development's defect queue on the defects.sg website, on sample data: responses owed to clients, totals for new, in progress, fixed and closed, and a table by block.

What you owe your clients, on the go.

What your team gets.

Every unit in one queue.

Buyers log each defect with a photo and the room. Every list they share lands in one queue, by block and unit.

Answer many at once.

Mark a batch as Will fix. Close each fix with a photo.

See what is owed.

Every block, what is still owed, and how long each has waited.

One defect, one fix, one answer.

Your buyer accepts each fix or sends it back.

A dated record.

What was reported and what was done, each with its date.

Questions, answered.

What does paying actually buy us?
The tooling and the record: your buyers’ defects in one queue, every block and unit in one view, and each fix with the buyer’s answer. A development appears in the registry whether or not anyone pays, and paying never changes what is published about it.
What happens if we stop paying?
You lose the tooling and can no longer bring new developments into it. Nothing published changes: a development does not come off the registry, and there was never a grade or a score there to remove.
What if a client logs something unfair?
You can respond on any defect. The client sees your response, the public never does. You can never edit or delete what they wrote, and neither can we; if something is factually wrong, write to us. Nothing a client logs produces a score or a grade for you: it produces a record of what was reported and what was done about it.
Do our clients pay anything?
No. Using defects.sg is free for your clients, now and later: searching, logging defects and keeping their record. Renovation firms pay per project, and other businesses pay for the tooling.
